Pierson House Lounge began as a modest bakery on Plymouth Road — a place where neighbors came for their morning coffee and left with a loaf of bread that tasted like home. What started as a single oven and a dream has grown into one of Detroit's most trusted names in artisan baking and gourmet provisioning.

We don't rush our processes. Our sourdough ferments for 48 hours. Our butter croissants are laminated by hand each morning. Our cheese and charcuterie selections are curated from the finest producers across the country. Every item on our shelves earns its place.
